Protect Your Privacy

In order to protect your invention or discovery, you must first secure a patent for it. A patent grants exclusive ownership rights to the creator of an invention. Once a patent is issued, the invention becomes your sole property and is protected for roughly 20 years from the patent effective date.

But registering and taking ownership over property (intellectual or otherwise) is not an easy process, which is why we’re here to help.

What can we do for you today?

Testimonials

“Nathan & Associates has been instrumental in drafting over 70 patent families and filing over 150 patent applications in the US, Europe, China, Korea, Japan and Israel, of which ca. 90 have been already granted as patents. With a rich academic background, Prof. Nathan knows how to deep-dive each of our patent applications and to assist us in drafting the appropriate claims.”

five-stars

“It is not easy to transform concepts, usually at premature phase, to solid defendable patents. This is where Prof. Nathan excels. Converting abstract ideas to text, and not stopping until it is perfectly clear and accurate.”

five-stars

“Prof. Nathan’s scientific background, experience and drafting and prosecution skills have been invaluable in overcoming abstract idea rejections and securing for us broad patents in subjects involving software and algorithms.   He succeeded where much larger firms failed.
